The sofa in the living room pulls out creating additional sleeping space for two people. When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day) Enjoy the view of the bay from the open concept floorplan. The gorgeous, crystal clear waters can be seen from the kitchen, dining, and living room. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine from the private deck, while watching the waves on the bay. The bedroom has a king size bed and a Smart TV with separate remote controls for both cable and streaming services. Wifi and Cable TV are available. Traverse City has an incredible amount of great restaurants, but if you decide to stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, and blender (margaritas!). Keep the cook company on one of the tall chairs at the bi-level bar, and enjoy your meal overlooking the water.
