Beautiful Beachfront Condo conveniently located on the Private Venice Beach, 1.0 mile away from historic downtown, shops and restaurants. Venice 750-foot long Public Fishing Pier and famous Sharky’s Restaurant is only a mile away walking distance along the beach or 7-minute drive. This vacation rental complex is also located within close proximity to Venice Public Library, Venice Regional Medical Center, South Jetty Public Beach and Venice Little Theater. Venice Beachfront Casa de Villa unit offers fully-furnished, central air conditioned, single story, tile and laminate flooring, with two flat-screen TVs, fully equipped updated kitchen with quartz countertops, kitchen island and a fully enclosed/screened and furnished lanai for your quiet time. The unit accommodations include fresh linens and towels upon arrival, free Wi-Fi, outdoor large swimming pool, two gazebos overlooking the ocean, and free designated parking. This property is haven for Beach-lovers or someone interested in fishing, famous shark tooth hunting, snorkeling, swimming or water sports. No stairs, no busy lobby, all ground level.
