Comfortable new home on secluded, wooded dead-end road is but a short drive to the City Dock! Five-minute walk to Quiet Waters Park, Grump’s Café, Annapolis Smokehouse, Caliente Grill, Starbucks, West Marine, Fawcetts, Eastport Library and 10-minute walk to Giant. Thomas Point Park and marinas at Bembe Beach are a short drive. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, wall-mounted TVs in every room and many other amenities make this a perfect getaway after a busy day downtown or a fun day on the bay!
Retired drywall contractor and hard worker. I take pride in maintaining my rentals which shows. The property has been in my family for 92 years, and I enjoy sharing it with guests visiting Annapolis. My daughter Lisa also lives on the property and helps me manage the rentals. I live in another property onsite, and if guests need assistance I'm available via text or phone.
Suburban quiet peaceful dead end road. Plenty of free parking on premises and on-street parking. Neighborhood is walkable.
