Enjoy this sparking clean vacation home in San Diego Wine Country, Fallbrook! This private and gated property is a single-story home that is well-appointed with the finest modern amenities to make your stay comfortable and luxurious. The home is all on one level and features 4 bedrooms (one master with shower/bath, two queen rooms, and an office with sofa bed.) Aviation Landing is a stylish retreat within walking distance of Main Ave Fallbrook - where you can find the best local restaurants and Main Avenue shops. Fallbrook is known for its picturesque location and natural beauty, it is one of the best-kept secrets in North San Diego. This is the perfect stay for those traveling for family holidays and special events. We host many wedding guests who are attending nearby Weddings at the Grand Tradition Estate, 1 mile from our door.

We have many local guidebooks available for our guests along with local recommendations on things to do! We are always here if you need us but also honor your privacy. Please feel free to reach out to us if there's anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable!

Fallbrook is located in North San Diego county and is known as the "Friendly Village." Home to some wonderful restaurants, bars, and shops. There are many local festivals year-round including the Avocado Festival and Christmas Parade. Fallbrook has good hiking trails and abundant natural beauty. You will pass by vineyards and horse ranches. If you want to venture out of our village there are many nearby areas within 30 minutes driving including Carlsbad beaches, Legoland, Temecula, and Oceanside.
