We are a couple in our forties. Jessica is an artist, she paints oil on canvas. I am in strategy and analysis field, working online. We like to travel, explore new places, learn different cultures and create wonderful memories. We are always available online or via app

Property information

Our beautiful home is located in one of the oldest San Diego neighborhoods. Barrio Logan is located next to downtown, 7 min drive from Balboa park and 12 min from the airport. Smart condo is recently remodeled and childproofed; featuring hardwood floors, energy efficient appliances, and latest tech accessories. Remote working station is equipped with ergonomic chair, desk, printer, etc. The walls are adorned with original oil paintings. You will love location and comfort of our place.

Neighbourhood information

Barrio Logan is a home for young San Diego artists, which offers a few galleries, bars and restaurants. Located in close proximity to all SD attractions: 10 min drive to Coronado Island (great beaches) 12 min to the airport 7 min to Balboa park (museums, galleries, zoo, golf) 8 min to downtown, Little Italy, Gaslamp historical district 25 min to Mexico border It is a gated community with two assigned parking spaces. Two pedestrian gates, one drive-in gate that opens with either digital code or remote control. San Diego is famous for its beautiful beaches, fantastic weather year round. It’s a mix of cool hipsters in funky coffee shops reading poetry ); families buying their produce in downtown little Italy markets after frolicking through the urban outdoor streets of the trendy and historic Gaslamp District. Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach are home for surfers from around the world. La Jolla offers amazing cliff views and shopping experience.
