This spacious house has so many great gathering places for family and friends! There's plenty of room inside for cooking, dining, playing games, socializing, and relaxing. There are also beautiful spaces outside to revel in the amazing San Antonio climate! Enjoy your coffee on the covered patio. Sit around the fire pit on the front terrace. Or enjoy a shaded, quiet haven in the back.

Lavaca is an up and coming neighborhood right in downtown San Antonio. You'll enjoy seeing all the beautiful homes in the area and marvel at the proximity to popular SA attractions like the Riverwalk, the Tower of the Americas, the Alamodome, and more!
