This booking is not confirmed valid until a damage deposit is received. Instructions for damage deposit collection will be sent via email. If you’re booking is less than 7 days in the future please message us to make arrangements. Upon non-receipt of deposit within 7 days, this booking will be voided and canceled. One of the perks of our apartment is it's proximity to Downtown Long Beach and many popular attractions. Parking is SCARCE in the neighborhood. Uber & Lyft is widely available as well as public transportation. However, if you chose to drive we provide a parking garage. It's small and for sub-compact cars only (i.e., Mini Cooper). Street parking is available but difficult to find between the hours of 5:00 pm -8:00 am. THE BUILDING: Historic Craftsman triplex THE SPACE: Apartment: Upstairs Living Area: 625 sq. ft Accommodates: 2 Upon entry to the apartment, you find a delightful bright living room accented with a cool gray pastel wall contrasting with the laminated wood floors. Located on the second floor: Guests must climb a flight of stairs.
