It's 'About Time' to treat your family to an unforgettable getaway at one of the largest homes in Naushop. Located on a cul-de-sac near 28 acres of Land Bank Land. You'll find plenty of home comfort for the whole family with three floors of living space, spacious, well-proportioned rooms, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a private patio furnished for outdoor leisure. As a member of the Naushop neighborhood, you'll also enjoy access to some fabulous community features including a swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a clubhouse, a playground, and a recreation area. A spacious driveway and easy access to the Nantucket shuttle and bike paths means you can leave the car at home and explore the island a different way. An outdoor shower is equipped for rinsing off after your adventures. Beach gear, board games, coolers, bikes, yard games, and tennis/pickleball equipment are all provided for use during your stay so you don't need to worry about packing or picking up those extras on the way to the home. The main floor features a great room with a dining area and a sitting room with French doors leading out to the beautiful brick patio equipped with a gas grill and dining table. The impressive full kitchen is well-appointed with a floating prep island and all the major appliances you'll need for easy meal prep, and also includes a built-in desk for added convenience. A separate den comes equipped with an additional TV for a cozy breakout nook. Two of the bedrooms include their own sink and mini-fridge.
