    This is a corner unit on the top (6th) floor. Nice, high ceilings and a spectacular sunrise view every morning. The walkway over to the beach could not be any closer and parking was super easy. There is an elevator. Plenty of space in the condo....

Welcome to 561 Cinnamon Beach, your luxuriously furnished, corner ocean-front, three-bedroom, three-bath, sixth-floor penthouse. Located in the ocean-front Cinnamon Beach Resort, this gated community comes with access to a large oceanfront heated pool, a second heated pool with a gradual slope entrance for kids and families, a kid's game room, an adult game room with pool table, fitness center, jacuzzi and walking and jogging trails. Nearby is historic St. Augustine and Marineland! Disney World can be a day trip! Enjoy the corner lanai overlooking the ocean, and be prepared for ever-changing sunrises. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided. A full-size washer and dryer are included, allowing for lighter packing. The ocean is just a short hop across the dune walkover from the community pool and several other areas. Access to 561 Cinnamon Beach is via elevator to the sixth floor. There is tile flooring in the entry, kitchen, and bathrooms, with carpeting throughout the rest of the penthouse. The kitchen, dining and living areas are an open floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of granite countertops, and everything is available in this kitchen to whip up gourmet meals, or just snacks or toast and coffee in the morning. All you have to do is bring the food! Appliances include a dishwasher, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. This eat-in kitchen has a round glass-top table seating four, and there is also a pass-through from the kitchen to the formal dining area. The adjacent dining area has an oblong glass-top table seating six, with a corner upholstered chair. This flows out into the comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa, end tables, lamps, recliner, side chair, and coffee table, opposite which is an entertainment center with a large flat-screen TV.
