Apartments in a classic style, in light colors, with a cozy atmosphere and positive energy. You can prepare yourself lunch or make a cup of aromatic coffee at any time - there is everything you need for this. You are safe - the complex is guarded around the clock. The view of the fountain and the sound of the water will relax you on cozy evenings spent on the balcony. The key to our success is maximum comfort for our guests. Cozy, like at home, beautiful - like in a Lux. We work on non-cash payment, issue accounting documents.
Hospitality is my character trait. I personally meet and see off the guests. Always in touch, I answer promptly here or viber, whatsApp. I love chic interiors, new places and travel. Part of the money raised goes to help homeless animals.
A new eco-friendly area of the city of Odessa, the area is good for recreation, on the Black Sea coast. The complex is surrounded by many private houses, villas and complexes, which are located right on the coast. One of them is "Pine Coast". The largest shopping and entertainment center "Riviera" in Odessa is a 3-minute walk away. It has everything you need, from a bank branch, restaurants, pharmacies to a grocery supermarket and clothing stores. Many guests of our city, having got acquainted with this area, return only here in the future.
