“屋況很好，在虎科附近，晚上很安靜，這也是一個相對的情況，因為安靜，所以，交通上要自行開車前往會比較方便些，附近，有一間7/11，要吃夜宵的話，應該是唯一可以買點吃的地方。整体，個人感覺的不錯，性價比高。”
