“总店和西宁分店的员工都非常友善。总店两位男服务员在帮我寄放行李后会耐心教我怎么去捷运站，西宁官服务员也会帮我早上六点半打电话去温泉馆抢票。 10楼清洁阿姨也很好，下水道塞了也很热情进来帮我们处理，还会告诉我们如果不方便让她每天进来帮我们倒垃圾和换水瓶的话他可以每天吧新矿泉水放在门口，也能把垃圾放在门外每天都会帮我们清理。非常赞。 地点也很好 下来过一条街就是西门町，每到晚上回酒店时都可以顺便去西门町再逛多一轮。”
