“附近有寶雅跟小北百貨，吃的也有很多店家可以選擇，樓下就是火鍋店，有住宿到火鍋消費還有折扣。每層樓都有飲水機、床鋪上的輩子很舒服、陽台還有曬衣空間、水壓很大，冷熱水洗起來都很棒。有聽工作人員說之後會增設電梯，所以爬樓梯也不擔心了。”

“房間佈置氛圍很喜歡，床和電視的距離剛好，我和男友通常在旅館不太會看電視，因為距離很遠又很小，但這間民宿的佈置設計的很恰當，我們看一晚上電視，非常喜歡🤣 浴室採光很好，很乾淨，熱水很快很穩定枕頭是比較高比較硬的，但不會不舒服，我們原本擔心睡到落枕有跟老闆反應，老闆馬上拿枕頭來給我們換，雖然沒有換（老闆給的枕頭和我們睡的是同一種），但對老闆的親切印象深刻，後來也沒有落枕，男友說他睡得很沉，我們的睡眠品質很好可能因為平日的關係，沒有別的住戶，所以沒辦法知道隔音效果如何，但整體而言我們住的很滿...”

“屏東火車站搭乘客運在合興站牌下，走一下就到了，對沒有開車的人很方便。床鋪軟硬適中、枕頭很Q彈，整體環境清潔舒適。房間雖在路邊但沒有大車流，不覺吵雜。附近有餐廳和便利商店，穿越7-11斜對面的停車場可以快速抵達這次的目的地美和科大。雖然沒有專人服務的接待櫃檯，但只要跟屋主聯繫，無論手機或簡訊，都會很有效率的回答。”
