The property offers access to free WiFi, 256 TV-Channels, daily breakfast, delicious local and Western food (from 9:30 a.m. to 22 p.m.), visa support, and more. In case of special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us. Any matter can be dealt with quickly as the host is always there to help. All units come with a wardrobe. Every room has a kettle and a private bathroom; certain rooms include a balcony, and some have sea/beach views. Every unit has bed linen and towels. All rooms have air-conditioning and are very well maintained. Again, do not hesitate to ask if you have additional requirements.
Moreover, the guesthouse is run by a hospitable English-speaking Thai lady and her two daughters, who also live there and are 24/7 there to help.
The guesthouse is located in the upper centre of Jomtien Beach in Pattaya, the bus line is nearby. The guesthouse lies in a central but quiet sideroad and thus offers the best combination of logistics and sound sleep. It is located in the upper centre of the city, very close to the beach and surrounded by everything you need daily (Laundry service, Supermarket (Seven-Eleven), barber, bakery, bars, markets, gym, etc.). Within 5 -10 minutes on foot, you can reach all the attractions/nightlife of Jomtien or directly connect in Pattaya and the surrounding areas. Popular points of interest near the guest house include, for example, Dongtan Beach, Jomtien Beach, and Pratumnak Beach.
