Ya Nui Beach Villas are located in a small secure estate, consisting of six luxury private pool villas. Set within a backdrop of lush tropical hills. The villas all feature a large open plan living area with a unique 3 way door system; the glass doors slide right back to provide unobstructed views of your very own tropical pool oasis. The fully equipped kitchens provide all modern appliances and connect directly to the dining and lounge area. The lounge area features a 55 inch full HD smart TV, relaxing sofas, High speed internet, cable TV, air-conditioning throughout, a high vaulted ceiling and remote controlled ceiling fan. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished in modern Thai style decor; they feature extra-large beds to ensure a good night’s sleep. All bedrooms can be adapted to accommodate a super king size bed layout or a twin bed option depending on your needs. All Bedrooms feature private en suite bathrooms with very spacious walk in showers. They all feature Wardrobes, make up tables, 32 inch flat screen TV’S, Air-conditioning and remote controlled ceiling fans.
My name is Daniel and i have lived in Phuket for 14 years, i have a wife and 3 children and we all love the island life, especially the beach. We all love to snorkel, scuba dive and surf in our free time, I absolutely love Thai food and especially from the local restaurants located on Rawai beach.
Ya Nui Beach Villas are Set within a backdrop of lush tropical hills and located 400 meters from the locally renowned Rawai beach, famous for its amazing array of local sea food restaurants, still charging local prices for the best catches of the day. Local long tail boats line the water’s edge making Rawai beach the best spot in Phuket to depart from on half day and full day boat charters to the beautiful islands located off the southern tip of Phuket, like Coral Island, Racha yai Island and Bon Island to name but a few. A scenic 700 meter walk in the opposite direction is the reason we love our location “Ya Nui beach” a beautiful stretch of Golden sand idyllic for sunbathing, snorkeling and kayaking. There is a convenient store for basic groceries, fully equipped gym, local restaurants and local shops where you can enjoy a relaxing massage or a fresh coconut located within 200 meters of the estate.
