24-hour security, guards covering 2 Shifts A complimentary Shuttle bus service from the guard box at the entrance of the project to and from town, which shall be available at approximately 10.00,13.00,16.00 and ,19.00, the return service will be at approximately 15 minutes after these times but must be booked on outward trip Please note that due to the number of people wishing to use this service and the capacity of the bus, booking must be made at least one hour before your journey, also confirming how many people are in your party and a contract phone number. All booking are to be made on the day of travel, you can however book the 10am bus the afternoon before. Please make booking in normal working hours of the 9am till 3pm. All booking are to be made at the security box.

Thiva Pool Villa is situated in Avenue Hua Hin 88 project, just 3.9 kms to Hua Hin beach, 2.5 kms to Hua Hin Market, convenient to find a good meal from nearby restaurants within 300 meters. The villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully fitted European kitchen, a spacious living space and on-site parking lot for 2 cars. All rooms are equipped with air-condition system. Master bedroom has 1 king-sized double bed, bathtub, shower, dressing desk and wardrobe. The 2nd and 3rd rooms have twin beds (separated 2 beds). The 4th is suitable for children, kind of a theater room offering one king-sized bed. 2 sofas in the living area can also be beds for 4 persons. This makes comfortable staying for up to 12 persons.

Other amenities include 2 refrigerators, dish washer, kitchenware, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, 5 flat-screen TV, etc. Free WiFi is available in th entire villa. TVs are digital Samsung 32" equipped in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. A 55" curved Smart TV is hanged on the wall in the living room, equipped with Karaoke (by Youtube), Bluray DVD player together with home theatre sound system. The other 43" TV is set with a DVD player in the fourth bedroom. You may enjoy free scheduled shuttle bus to downtown/market, a large communal area with pool and a 24-hour security.
