A stunning villa with tropical garden located at Grand Hill up soi 88 about 2,5 km from the city centre. Its in a very quiet area with beautiful privat garden and salt water pool. Nice biljard table inside the villa. Close to restaurants, shops, bars, markeds, shopping center, water parks, golf courses. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, terrace, swimming pool, pool table, treadmill, 5 double beds, 1 sleeping couch and 2 mattresses. Total 12-14 people. Spacious bedrooms, all ensuite bathroom, a huge living and dining room with a billiard table. Fully equipped European kitchen. Big furnished covered terrace, 9 x 3, 5m swimming pool and tropical garden for romantic outdoor evenings with new outdoor BBQ area For those who want to to do some exercise on their holiday, there is a treadmill upstairs. Downstairs there is a pool table. The house just been refurbish finish in December 2023 with new windows and folding doors at ground floor. New outdoor roof covered kitchen/bar/BBQ area with top quality gas BBQ and 2 burners for cooking. Pool has new tiles, outdoor garden is new and seating area has new tiles and glass walls.
