## House Rules (Conditions of Stay) # General Rules 1. The property provides accommodation facilities only. Guests are responsible for their own valuables. The property is not responsible for any loss or damage to items inside the house. 2. The property provides a parking space but is not responsible for the vehicle or any belongings left inside it. 3. Kitchen utensils and tableware are provided free of charge. Guests must pay for any items that are damaged, broken, or chipped. 4. Guests are strictly prohibited from moving the furniture inside the property. 5. Please check the inflatable pool toys before use. If they are damaged, leaking, or broken, a fee of **1,500 Baht per item** will be charged. 6. Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing pets, food, shampoo, soap, or any type of filth into the swimming pool. 7. Please shower thoroughly before entering the swimming pool. 8. Guests are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful, unethical, or immoral activities (e.g., drug use, gambling, prostitution, etc.). 9. In case of any arguments or disputes within the property, guests must check out immediately. We reserve the right to refuse any refund in all such cases. 10. Please do not smoke inside the house. Do not discard cigarette butts or any liquid residue on the floor. Violation will result in a **1,000 Baht fine**. 11. If the number of staying guests exceeds the amount booked, we reserve the right to deny accommodation or charge a fee for the excess number of guests. 12. If a guest is charged with any accusation by officials, the guest must take full responsibility for all accusations and penalties. The guest must check out immediately, and we reserve the right to refuse any refund in all cases. ### Slide Rules 1. Guests must use the slide with caution and are responsible for their own safety. 2. Guests who are pregnant, have a history of surgery, heart conditions, or any disability are strictly advised not to use the slide. 3. The property only
