This Private Pool Villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a good size dinning and living area Maid service is included 4 hours pr day 5 times pr week. Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours. Personal check in and check out. Swimming Pool Size : 3.5x6x1.2 (W/L/D) The rental price includes electricity for 200 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 200 baht per night depending mostly on Air-condition usage.
