Property info
Villa Wayu is our luxurious and modern 7 bedroom beachfront villa accommodating up to 14 people. It is situated within our exclusive Residences, also on pristine Maenam Beach and only minutes away from our main Estate.
The master bedroom is located at the front of the villa with sea view, whilst the remainder trail through to the rear and enjoy alluring small gardens. We have 4 bedrooms which interconnect and as an additional benefit you can enjoy a complimentary kids rooms which consists of 3 bunk beds, a games room and bathroom! In total the villa can sleep 14 adults and 6 children.
The villa comes complete with a large private pool, lounge, kitchen, indoor dining area and outdoor dining area with a Thai Sala. Oh, and not forgetting two personal villa managers, chefs and maids!
On the upper floor you can use the facilities of a gym and sauna. This is a shared area with our neighbouring Villa Sila.

- Guests booking the 10-person rate will have access to 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms will be locked)
- Guests booking the 12-person rate will have access to 6 bedrooms (1 bedrooms will be locked)
