One nice story of this street... In 2002, when I was passing by this club, I was saying to myself that I could ask them, if they need a DJ. They tried me and I have played in this club for unbelievable seven years, 3-4 times a week. In 2009 was the club unfortunetly for sale, but instead of being sad, or looking for a buyer, I took the chance and bought the club for myself. Nowadays is this club one of the oldest cocktail bars in Bratislava, and one of the best during summer months. Now, we have the year 2019 and another - third chance has come. The whole building is looking for its tenant. So once again, I’m taking this chance and I’m entering unknown waters. There is this idea of apartments for rent... Yes, 12 wonderful apartments are here. This is a story of this street, a story of Misko from the town. ... and some day in the future, I will write here the last - fourth chance of this building. You can guess which one... :-)

We would like to welcome you in our capital city Bratislava, at the heart of the old town of this city you will find 12 beautiful new apartments.The apartments are located at the pedestrian zone, and its close to everything. The area around its full of restaurants, bars, shops, historical monuments so everybody can choose from what they like. This is why the street is quite noisy especially during the weekend.
