Well-equipped compact terraced house with two bedrooms (bed 180x200cm and 80x190cm), living room with extra bed 120x190 cm, kitchen with dining table for 4 people, terrace with barbecue, bicycle shed with charging point for e-bikes and parking in a quiet neighborhood. only 1,900 m from Žusterna beach. In addition to the rich equipment, which also includes a big screen android TV, washing machine and dishwasher, a microwave oven, coffee machine, blender, a safe and an air conditioner, it also offers guests two free bicycles.

The neighbourhood in which the apartment is located is very safe neighbourhood of low terraced houses. Neighbours are mainly working and elderly people.
