Welcome to this new, stylishly designed apartment in the heart of Soča Valley. With its sleek, contemporary interiors and thoughtful touches, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and elegance. The apartment is 54 m2 and is located in a new building, 150m from the Kaninska cable car ( temporarily closed for season 2024/2025) , and a 10-minute walk to the center of Bovec. The highlight is a 33 m2 large terrace with an open view of Kanin and the surrounding area. The accommodation is ideal for 2 adults or a family with up to 3 children. Parking space is located in front of the building. In the building you have a well-stocked supermarket, with a bakery and prepared meals and a sport equipment store. The apartment also has a 6.5 m2 storage room for sports equipment.

As a host I’m passionate about providing a comfortable and welcoming experience for everyone who stays in apartment Ajda 21. I love to take care about every detail to make sure that guest have a special experience in Bovec.

In the surrounding area, you can enjoy activities such as hiking, skiing, cycling or visiting historical sights. Rafting and canyoning are located within a 15-minute walk (1.6 km) from the building, offering exciting water activities. Golf Bovec is only a 5-minute drive away (2.8 km) . The Soča River with its enchanting emerald water offers a stunning backdrop for various activities and experiences (kayaking, rafting). The Soča Valley is the entry point to the Triglav National Park, the only Slovenian national park. The park is home to untouched scenery including the majestic Julian Alps, enchanting waterfalls and tranquil alpine meadows, offering plenty of opportunities for exploration and outdoor recreation.
