Welcome to this newly renovated, bright apartment. The apartment is located in a very central and quiet area. The city center is reached within five minutes by foot. Close to the popular Parkbadet and Göransson Arena (walking distance). Ten minutes to Högbo (golf, mountainbike, skiing, nature), 20 minutes to Gävle and Mackmyra whisky willage, and 30 minutes to Kungsberget's ski resort (by car).
