The building was built in 2009 and started operating in 2010 .In winter due to the very good insulation and good heating is always warm in the room.

Two wellness center, a museum dedicated to the battle Gucevskoj, beautiful river Drina, mountain Gucevo, viewpoint on Gučevo with beautiful views of the meandering river Drina and Bosnia, paragliding and td.U Nearby is an excellent restaurant Three Kings with exceptional local kitch.the shop lists the at 40m from Amartman.
