Noletov vidikovac je miran kutak na vrhu brda, sa velikim dvoristem i terasom u sklopu apartmana na spratu kuce, gde ste u prilici da odmorite dusu i telo. Imate potpunu slobodu i mir, a domacini su vam srdacni, dobri ljudi koji su vam na usluzi kad god je potrebno. Za bebe je obezbedjen prenosivi krevetac, a za manju decu krevet na razvlacenje-fioka krevet. Za dostavu namirnica, prevoz do apartmana i obilazak znamenitosti-cena po dogovoru. Dobrodosli u oazu mira i lepote!
Novo i Petra Jeftenic - mi smo bracni par koji voli prirodu i ljude. Iako smo u penziji, rad tu ne prestaje jer nas je odrzao. Pozivamo vas da u jesen dozivite berbu grozdja, a slobodni ste i da uberete i ponesete i ostalo voce iz naseg vocnjaka, poput tresanja, visanja i jabuka.
Kuca je smestena na brdu,odakle sa terase imate jedinstven pogled na izlazak i zalazak sunca, uz dvogled vidite Sremsku Mitrovicu, Bijeljinu i Cer. Najblize mesto je Jazak, ususkano izmedju brda.
