Apartmani Tarsko jezero Nova Vežanja nalaze se u selu Zaovine (zaseok Nova Vežanja), 7 km od brane Lazić, a 14km od Mitrovca. U ponudi su tri apartmana smeštena u dvospratnoj zgradi. Zgrada ima video nadzor, ograđeno dvorište sa elektronskom kapijom i parking. Apartmani su kompletno opemljeni i svaki poseduje sopstveno kupatilo, kuhinju, kablovsku televiziju, internet i grejanje na struju.
