U apartmanu se nalaze dve spavaće sobe, dnevni boravak, kuhinja, kupatilo i ostava. .U spavaćim sobama kao i u dnevnom boravku je parket. U apartmanu se nalaze dva pisaća stola za rad kao i sto za ručavanje u kuhinji. U blizini je dečije igralište. Prodavnica se nalazi na dvadesetak metara od apartmana . Apartman se nalazi u zgradi na četvrtom spratu. U zgradi nema lifta. U podrumu zgrade se nalazi prostorija za odlaganje bicikla i ostalih stvari.
