This spacious and comfortable apartment sits in one of the newest residential areas in the city and consists of the following:
☼ one bedroom with a comfortable double-size bed (160x200cm) and a wardrobe with hangers and drawers
☼ a large and open space living room with a comfy extensible sofa (140x200cm) for two additional guests, Smart TV with Netflix and HBO Max
☼ laptop workspace
☼ a dining area
☼ a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, hot water kettle, pots, dishes, cutlery, etc
☼ a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine
There is also a large terrace with beautiful views over the city, perfect for those evenings you want to chill out gazing at the sunset that radiates above the horizon.
The apartment is not missing Air conditioning, WI-FI, and underfloor heating.
