A modern touch of gold in a fresh new building very close to the city centre with all the amnesties you may need. Perfect for a glass of red wine :) Located in a new building with underground parking and elevator.

Neighbourhood information

In the surrounding area, just at the corner (100 m) is located a Lidl and a few other small stores. Just 5 min walking time is a one of the grandest free markets ( Badea Cartan) and the river Bega. At the corner is the bus station as well.
