The studios, most with a balcony, comfortably accommodate two guests, and are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a safe and a steam iron. All units have a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), as well as bed linen and towels. The ktchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and stove, has a Nespresso® coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and other kitchen accessories. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and you can find USB and USB-C sockets at the head of the beds. Regular cleaning service guarantees a pleasant stay.

Essência Portuense Studios is located in Cedofeita, a privileged area of the city centre, in a renovated typical Porto building, next to the Miguel Bombarda Art District, the Clérigos Tower and the famous Lello Bookstore. Nearby you will find the best bars and restaurants in the city. Ribeira is located less than a 20-minute walk from the property.
