With a enormous swimming pool, terrace overlooking the private tennis court and several indoor and outdoor leisure spaces, Casa das Palmeiras is located on Charneca de Caparica (Margem Sul do Tejo - Lisbon´s South Bay), less than 3 km away from the beach of Costa de Caparica/Fonte da Telha. The free and unlimited wi-fi will allow you to publish your photos and videos on the spot. Outside the house you can find a barbecue area, swimming pool (available between May and October), tenniscourt, parking lot and beautiful gardens connected by flowery passages. It exists a spot with 6 different types of palm trees, some of them more than 100 years old.
The owner, Rudolfo Pereira, biochemistry, is a chemistry professor and businessman. The languages spoken are English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese. He enjoys travelling very much and has already lived in 3 different continents.
In addition to the proximity to the famous beaches of Costa de Caparica and Fonte da Telha and their respective bars, Villa Casa das Palmeiras is located 5 minutes away from two golf courses (Campo Golfe Aldeia-Capuchos and Club Golfe Aroeira) and shopping center (Almada Fórum) and 15 minutes away from Lisbon. Setúbal and Sintra are 30 km and 40 km away, respectively. The area is peaceful and full of supermarkets and restaurants, including McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, KFC, Telepizza, Honor Sushi (Japanese), Pita Gr (Greek), Os António´s (Portuguese), Os Parafusos (Seafood, Fish, Meat), etc. Pharmacy, market, tobacconist, mailstation, bus stops to Costa da Caparica beaches/Lisbon and cafes are within walking distance (3 minutes) of Villa Casa das Palmeiras.
