Our private apartment we call "Blue Ocean" is a 15th floor, beautifully renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment w/ balcony facing the ocean. “Blue Ocean” is brand new to the vacation rental market is is bound to be one of our most popular properties with a stunning view of the ocean from every room. The apartment, on Condado Beach, is in the secure gated condominium of Condado del Mar. This architect remodeled, bight 2 bedroom apartment provides sleeping for 4 in a Queen bed and private bathroom is each bedroom. The kitchen includes refrigerator, 4 burner range with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware. We provide all linens, pillows, towels, bathroom amenities, iron/ironing board and hairdryer. A washer/dryer is conveniently located in the kitchen closet. Beach towels and beach chairs will be waiting for you! The living room has cable TV as well as streaming apps for those nights when you just want to stay in and watch Netflix or Prime after a beautiful day at the pool or the beach. All spaces are air conditioned and have high-speed WIFI. This beautiful apartment is in a SUPER location.
