Property info

OUR POOL IS OPEN!  "El Sol by the Sea" is a renovated Poolside Cabana apartment on Condado Beach in the secure gated condominium of Condado del Mar.  Located on the second floor, our fresh and bright serviced cabana apartment provides sleeping for 2 in a Queen bed (Air mattress available for up to 2 children) and 1 full bathroom. The kitchen includes refrigerator, 2 burners, convection/microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware. All linens, pillows, towels, bathroom amenities, iron/ironing board and hairdryer are provided. This apartment also has a washer and dryer (rare in Cabana apartments).  We also provide linen and towel change every 3 days during your stay.  Beach towels and beach chairs will be waiting for you!  The living room has streaming TV for those nights when you just want to stay in and watch Netflix or Prime after a beautiful day at the pool or the beach. All spaces are air conditioned and have WIFI. This beautiful apartment is in a SUPER location in the heart of Condado. You'll be able to walk to La Concha Resort and Casino as well as Marriott Resort and Casino. Both resorts offer services at the beach for a fee.
