This 1-bedroom flat with an outdoor pool is conveniently located close to major destinations in Davao City like Samal beach resorts, Crocodile park, Malls, Hospitals, and International Airport. It is within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets like Penongs (a famous barbeque house), Marina Tuna Restaurant, and Puregold. If you just want to have a peaceful stay away from the busy city, you can relax and dip in the outdoor pool or watch your favorite movies on Netflix.

The apartment is one of the units in Arezzo Place Davao Condominium. It is a low-rise complex situated in Doña Pilar Village, Sasa, Davao City. It's a quiet place with schools nearby, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals, malls, parks, and the Davao International Airport. It is very close to Paradise Samal beach Resort's boat-transfer location, and to ferries going to Samal Island.
