The Condo unit you will be staying is a brand new One Manchester Place located at Mactan Newtown with a stylish and modern apartment and a benifits of living lifestyle in the heart of Mactan Island, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu. Cozy and quite condo unit where you can enjoy and relax the Panoramic Ocean View, Mountain View and the City View. Perfect spot for your staycation, relaxing, island hopping and adventure trips just across olango island. Approximately 20 mins away from the airport. Very near and walking distance to 5-star beach hotels and resorts. The area that you will be staying in has a free entrance fee to the Mactan Newtown Beach just about ~5mins walking distance from your condo unit.
The Condo unit is just walking distance to Mactan Newtown Beach, Starbucks coffee, Civet Coffee, supermarket, restaurant, 7-Eleven, food court, and The Mactan Lapu-Lapu Shrine. A good place for a staycation for island hopping.
