Property information

Perfect staycation in a cozy room at Jazz Residences in the heart of Makati Buisness District. Jazz Residences is on top of Jazz Mall. The room is nicely furnished, air conditioned, and Fiber fast WiFi. Big Smart TV with Netflix account.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the Heart of Bel Air, the safest neighborhood in the Philippines. Guests can use the pool but need to purchase a pool coupon in the building's admin in the 2nd floor. pool coupon is 150php (holidays 300p) per person and good for one day with multiple entries. the admin is Monday to saturday 9am to 5pm. Saturday till 11am only. in case your check in is saturday and you still want to use the pool on saturday let us know ahead and we will purchase the ticket for you.
