Fully furnished studio unit good for 1-5pax with WIFI, TV, working space, and self-check-in. -1 min walk to Mc Arthur Highway. -cafe/resto's food on the ground floor -1 min walk to alfamart -1 min walk to Salon and spa -5 mins away to Vistamall -Middle of Apalit Pampanga and Malolos Bulacan Heart of Calumpit @ Villares commercial establishment. Paseo 3 Unit 7 Pio Cruzcosa Calumpit. Guest access -Parking -Studio type room with T&B, kitchenette, dining & beds -The unit is on the 2nd floor. Stay in this place for 22 hours. You can self-check out or check out at our office at office hours. Thank you!

The neighborhood is more on semi-commercial space and semi-residential -1 min walk to Mc Arthur Highway. -cafe/resto's food on the ground floor -1 min walk to alfamart -1 min walk to Salon and spa -10 mins away to Vistamall/Watermart -15 mins away from Robinsons Mall
