Formerly known as the Pipi Hotel and now under new ownership, but with the same amazing accommodation and service! Stay right in the heart of Havelock North with supermarkets, shopping, restaurants and bars all in walking distance! The Villa is also in close proximity to Hawke's Bay's great food outlets, wineries, and cafés. Our 2 bedroom accommodation is a quaint cottage, with all the comforts of a hotel. We would love to have you stay with us in the Hawke’s Bay! Please note that bedroom one that's listed as two singles, can be put together as a double bed on request.
Cycle. Walk. Shop. Eat. Explore. Or just relax. The options are endless in Havelock North. The Villa is no more than a 2 minute walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, boutique shopping and a luxury cinema. The supermarket is just a few minutes walk from the hotel as well as a park for the kids. Visit the local Farmer’s Market every Sunday for locally grown produce. Travel just a little further out of the village and you will find award winning wineries and world renowned surf beaches. Hasting is only a 10 minute drive whilst the art deco capital of New Zealand, Napier is only a 25 min drive. Perfect for a day of culture and art galleries, or a visit to the National Aquarium of New Zealand with the kids.
