Property information

Villa de Luxe is a modern home enhanced by its stunning style and outstanding views. The elevated location presents uninterrupted views of Queenstown's iconic landmarks including Lake Wakatipu, Cecil Peak and Walter Peak. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors maximise the superb location and alpine views. Morning, day and night the views are constantly changing; the alpen glow on the mountains is truly special. Relax on one of the several lounge suites and dine outdoors in the fresh mountain air. The home also features a Hot Spring Spa Pool and Weber BBQ, perfect for a Queenstown holiday! Each of the three luxurious bedrooms has a private ensuite and the master bedroom is truly spectacular with 180 degree views and a private balcony. The third bedroom with single beds can be made into 1 king bed if required and requested in advance. The living area is truly elegant, which features a large gas fireplace providing a lovely après ski ambience. There is a large Smart TV with Apple TV and SKY channels including sports and movies. Sliding doors run the length of both sides of the main room offering a lovely summertime breeze, alpine views and flow to the outdoors.

Guests are just a 15-minute walk down the hill to central Queenstown, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Villa de Luxe offers a relaxing home-base on prestigious Queenstown Hill perched above town. This is a peaceful and safe neighborhood with some of the best views in Queenstown. The elevated location offers uninterrupted panoramic views of Queenstown's iconic landmarks including Lake Wakatipu, Cecil Peak and Walter Peak. The popular Queenstown Hill walking track starts just a few doors away. This is a fantastic hike with rewarding 360 degree views from the summit.
