This unit is a new build, north facing 72m2 unit that has double glazing and high noise control including internal walls and ceilings to make your stay comfortable. The Patio area is 28m2 of which 16m2 is covered by the deck above to give shelter.
The garden area has a water feature and places to relax and enjoy in the sun or shade.
