Welcome to your home away from home, just a short distance from local attractions. Ideal for both short and long stays, this self-contained studio with its' own entrance has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Enjoy a soothing soak in our spa pool, an entertaining movie on the 55 inch TV, and a cosy sleep in the plush king-size bed. The kitchenette comes with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery and the ensuite bathroom is stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and hair straighteners. Our quiet neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming with convenient bus connections to town. The nearest supermarket is only 5 min away. The city centre and St Clair and its cafes and beach are an easy 10 minute drive, and the Otago Peninsula is only minutes away. Guests are welcome to enjoy the spa pool, set in a peaceful and secluded spot in the garden. It is shared with the hosts but offers a private retreat after a day of exploring. Please note that four very friendly cats share the property. They are experts at pretending they haven’t been fed in days, but we promise they’re well looked after—so please don’t give in to their tricks! As much as they’d love to move in with you, we ask that you don’t let them into the studio, or they may decide never to leave. That said, they’re always happy to accept a few pats and cuddles outside.
