Pembroke Villa is a wonderfully presented brand new villa, nestled behind the popular Pembroke Lodge. This villa boasts a terrific country styled kitchen and open plan living with a rustic wooden dining furniture, gorgeous soft furnishings and tasteful accessories. Inspirational original artworks by renowned local Otago artists are displayed throughout this lovely villa. You will be warmed by the cosy log fireplace which heats the villa superbly. There is also additional heating in the corridor leading to each of the 2 bedrooms. Everything has been carefully thought of when putting this little house together, leaving you relaxed and able to fully enjoy Wanaka. Pembroke Villa has lovely private and sheltered outdoor living area, yet is only metres from Pembroke lodge. Already popular with families or groups wanting space and privacy, by booking these 2 properties you get a lovely 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom accommodation option.
