Central Nelson self-contained studio in quiet area, 1 block from the botanical garden, art gallery and a short walk from town centre, bars and restaurants. Own entrance, off street parking. 15mins from the airport. Newly renovated spacious studio, with a bedroom and bathroom ( bath and shower ), and a small kitchen. Brand new smart TV. Central heating. Separate guest access to the studio, down the driveway at the back of the house. Laundry can be arranged with the host.
