Our property has an attached bathroom and spacious layout with separate dining and TV areas. There is a trundler bed available for a young person if needed.
We are a retired couple who live a very quiet life. We both play golf at the Ngahinapouri Golf Course, a beautifully kept course about 20 minutes from Hamilton. Check out the website, countrygolf Beth rides an e-bike. I have so far resisted the urge to buy a bike, being too busy trying to improve my golf.
It is situated in a quiet street, close to town and the Waikato River. There is safe parking for your car, and a beautiful park next door follows the river.
