Nestled on the north slopes of Remuera. A very private and sunny self-contained studio with its own entrance, kitchenette, TV and Fibre-wifi for business or vacation. It features an outdoor area and garden for alfresco dining or evening drinks. It has views to the Sky Tower, Cathedral in Parnell and Mt Hobson. It offers a comfortable queen bed. It is a great space for either work or watching the smart TV in the lounge. You can find many attractions within close proximity. We supply complimentary coffee/tea/milk and a electric jug, toaster, mini fridge/freezer, microwave and basic crockery/cutlery. There is no oven, but cafes and restaurants are all very close by. Parking is free on the street.
We are busy professionals who enjoy walking our dog and regular golf.
The location is close to many of Auckland's attractions including - Eden Park 14 mins away (7KM) - SPARK Arena 8mins (4.4KM) - Waterfront 1.5km and Ferry to Waiheke and City 5 km - Auckland War Memorial Museum 2km - Parnell Markets 2KM - Bus stop easy walk of 200m & train 1KM (1 stop to AKL city), Shore Road Park 200m and Parnell and Remuera cafes, restaurants & shops within 2km.
