Our apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) apartment in Newmarket/Remuera. We use only master bedroom and so two other rooms are available for guests. You may share a bathroom with a guest/guests from another one room only.
We are retired couple. We have traveled, worked and lived in many countries of Europe, North America, Asia, Asia Pacific, Australia and Africa. We enjoy talking with people of any nationalities and cultures.
The train station and public bus stops are at 5 minutes walks from home. Supermarkets (including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, European), shopping mall (Westfield), swimming pool, restaurants, shops, fast food eateries, cinemas, cafes, parks, train station, bus stops, clinics, pharmacies, post shop, banks, etc. are within 5-7 mins walking distance. Broadway Diner (fast food) opens 6 pm - 6 am, which is within 5 minutes walk from home. Our home is located at the border of two transport zones, so you can travel to both zones (City and Isthmus) at single zone fare, this means saving in your transport expenses. You can reach to Auckland CBD at 25-35 minutes walk or about 8-10 mins by public transport. The Auckland Museum and Auckland Domain are within 1 km from home. The Newmarket park is within 200 m.
