Located in a quiet street not too far from the Hanmer Springs Golf Course, this modern home has an open plan living area which opens out to decks surrounding a large part of the home. The section and most of the deck area are fully fenced making this a safe and convenient home for families with young children and/or dogs. Enjoy watching crystal clear television channels via the Freeview decoder while you sit beside the log fire or play with the kids on the grassed section outside.

Neighbourhood information

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
