Solrik sør- og østvendt 3-roms leilighet i 5. etasje i sentrum med panoramautsikt mot sjø og fjell, Tromsø sentrum, og kjente turistmål som Ishavskatedralen og Fjellheisen. Høy kvalitet i materialvalg, design og utstyr. Klimaanlegg, balkong, gratis parkering i garasjeanlegg, smart TV og gratis wi-fi. To soverom, det ene med stor dobbeltseng, det andre med to enkeltsenger som enkelt kan settes sammen til dobbeltseng ved behov. Kjøkken med spisebord, oppvaskmaskin, og kaffemaskin med gratis kaffe/te. Stue med sittegruppe og flatskjerm-TV. Fullt utstyrt bad med to vasker, stor dusj, vaskemaskin (skjult i skap), hårføner, såpe, shampo, balsam og håndklær. Egen innglasset balkong og felles takterrasse. Leiligheten er helt ny og klargjort for utleie fra desember 2022.
Vervet er en ny bydel som ligger i Tromsø sentrum og ute i Tromsøysundet. Vervet har parker, torg, lekeplasser, restauranter, vinbar, ølstue, bakeri, dagligvareforretning, og frisør med mer i like utenfor leiligheten. Kort avstand til Polarmuseet (350 m), Hurtigrutekaia (800 m), Ishavskatedralen (1,4 km), Polaria (1,4 km), Fjellheisen (2,3 km), Tromsø lufthavn (5 km). Vervet har tatt vare på Tromsøs historie som verftsby og Norges polarhovedstad.
