Eiendommen ligger fint til med kort kjørevei på ca 5 minutter til Leknes. Her har man tilgang til serveringssteder og gode shoppingmuligheter. I gangavstand fra eiendommen er det matbutikk, frisør, sykehus og kafe og god turmuligheter.
